Returns & Size Adjustments

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds.

However, if your item does not fit correctly, we are happy to offer a size adjustment or remake of the item under the conditions outlined below.


Size Issues & Remakes

If you experience a sizing issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at sequoiaharness@gmail.com.

To be eligible for a remake:

  • The item must be unworn and unused

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once approved, we will remake the item in the correct size. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs unless the error was on our side.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

All items are considered final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons.
This includes sale items and custom-made products.
