Custom and personalized orders
If you want to make your product more special, feel free to order it with personalization.
By default, we do personalization on the back of the product, but if you want personalization on the front, write about it.
If you want a custom design, please, contact me with all the details and any ideas. We will discuss it!

Packaging
Each order is packed in a discrete box of our company. An item is wrapped in black paper with a label. When placing an order, you can choose the option to leave a personal message for the recipient on the label.

Care instructions
Keep your items away from the long-term effect of sunlight, as it causes fading.
The best way to keep your harnesses, garters and full bodies is to hang them up in order to avoid deformation.
Try to protect your goods from water contact.

When will my order ship?
The time for preparing the order for shipping is 3-5 business days. But usually we do our best to ship your order as soon as possible.
Please note that we only prepare and ship orders on business days from Monday to Friday, not including weekends. So Saturday and Sunday do not count!
Production and shipping are 2 different processes. Each process has its own term.

Express Shipping
Express International Shipping is proceeding by DHL and FedEx. It takes 3-5 days to deliver your order, depending on destination Country. Express delivery has an additional cost.

Shipping Information
Please check the spelling on the order details, as I am not responsible for errors in the order details provided by the buyer, such as spelling errors.
Shipping and packaging charges are not refundable unless it is due to our mistake.
Shipping costs are not refundable for refused or undeliverable packages.

How can I return or exchange my order?
If the client received the wrong product, a defective product, a product of a different color, he will have to inform us of the above problems within 7 days after receiving the parcel. To confirm the problem, the customer will also need to send us a photo of the product, after which we will approve the return.

Personalized goods cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods. The exchange cannot be continued until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the goods back to us, a refund will be made when the goods are received by us in good condition.

How can I cancel my order?
A customer needs to inform us about cancellation within 2 hours after an order is made! If a cancellation is issued when the goods are already manufactured, we will refund 50% of the cost of the goods due to production costs. After the cancellation of the order, the client will be returned 10% less due to the bank commission.

What if I didn't receive the parcel?
At first you could try to contact your local post office. Provide your track number and they will be able to tell you where your parcel is and how to find out the reason why it wasn't delivered.
If you did not pick up the parcel for a long time, it could be sent back to us. In that case we can send it back on arrival but you will have to pay for the shipping again.

Standard shipping: 7-21 days.
Express shipping: 3-5 days.
