Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the intimate nature of our products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, your comfort is very important to us — if the size doesn’t fit, we are happy to remake or adjust the item. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will discuss the best solution for you.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not yet been sent into production. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
